A Frosty Monday Mornin'

Every morning I like to have my first cup of coffee outside. But baby, it's cold outside, so this morning I had to dust off a toque, scarf and mitts to stay nice and toasty. I wish I had some for my sunflowers to protect them from the hard frost we got. :(

I guess this means that Summer really is over now.

Sláinte!

EEEEEE! I'm so glad you posted this! It certainly was a sharp morning today! BRRRRR

You're better than I, though - I didnt brave it for photos. I stayed well within furnace distance ;)

The word verification is 'momaste'.
Is that like "Namaste" but when said to moms?

Poor sunflowers! They were so pretty the last time you posted them. Still no frost here, but it is starting to get cold in the mornings, so it won't be long.

Medusae: You just need a couple of more Northern Winters to make you hardy enough for our cold. ;) And momaste? Hehe, I have no idea!

FreeDragon: I hope the frost stays away for a while at least! How is your three sisters garden doing?

Bek: I did bring quite a few in beforehand for seeds and just to have some pretty dried sunflowers hanging around. ;)

Permie: I hope they survived!!
