Our Midsummer Weekend

Aymi left last night to go back home. I miss her already.

{a Midsummer morning at River Run}

We ended up spending the Midsummer weekend at River Run, which is in such a beautiful spot. We saw lots of critters, enjoyed the company of a gaggle of 35 other crazy ladies and went white water rafting for the first time. Here are some photos:

Not sure what kind of moth this is, but it was huge!

The following photos were taken by Aymi:

Jasmine: Thanks! We did have a great time. :)

Bek: Thanks to you too and that moth was definitely surreal! :)

Medusae: Thanks to you as well! The rafting was pretty skeery at the time but I hope we do it again next year. ;)

A busy summer has kept me away from the computer, but on a rainy evening I find time to catch you with you.. As always I do so love to read your blog. Oh, and the moth is a luna.
