Here are a few recipes that gardeners and plant lovers might find helpful.
This is one that I got from a friend. It is an eco-friendly and simple way to discourage an assortment of insect critters from feasting on your garden.
1 cup veggie oil
1 tablespoon of dish soap (I like using Nature Clean)
I keep this mixture and a bottle and add
1.5 teaspoons for every 1 cup of water to a spray bottle.
I had quite the infestation last year of a whole bunch of different insects having a go at the garden, and this worked well. Luckily, I have only had to use it two or three times this year on the beans and the peas.
