Hi Laurel! Thanks for the recipes and for including ours! You'll have to come back to Poor Richard's Almanac tomorrow for our Kentucky Eggnog recipe, guaranteed to put the spirit into anyone's holiday celebrations! Meanwhile, I've copied out the recipe for the Chestnut & Cranberry Stuffing (substituting veggie stock for the chicken stock) and plan to try it for Christmas dinner!
